IDAMAP > London 2001

The registration for for IDAMAP-2001 is Sterling Pounds 40 (early bird, paid before July 10, 2001) or Sterling Pounds 60 (late registration).

Registration for IDAMAP-2001 is managed through Peregrine Travel who are part of the Conference Secretariat for Medinfo and their official hotel booking agent. The venue for IDAMAP-2001 is a new hotel - Custom House Hotel. Before the hotel had opened we estimated a registration fee of Sterling Pounds 30 per person but now prices have been confirmed and we find that we must raise the fees. To register, please fill out the registration form (in PDF or Word). Do not forget to indicate the method of payment on the registration form. The completed form should be set to Frances Jackson, Peregrine Travel Limited, fax number +44 20 8977 8848.

There are two options for paying the registration fee. Registration fee can be sent as a Banker's Draft (or a sterling Cheque if UK based). In this case, please use the following mailing address:

Any payments arriving to Peregrine's bank - or by draft - must be for the full amount of registration fee. The sender must pay all bank charges - both Peregrine's UK bank and participant's own bank's charges.
